THE PROGRAM
Is it tough? Absolutely! This is not an easy program. But, anything worthwhile isn’t. We will push you to your fitness limits whatever that may be. From the out-of-shape sedentary client that has never exercised in her life, to the professional tri-athlete, this program will be individually suited to your limits and abilities. Achieving your personal goals is a long, hard road. Nothing is easy, and results will not happen overnight. Patience and persistence is the key. This is not a miracle and bogus “get fit quick” scheme that is unfortunately so popular in today’s society. There is absolutely nothing better to spend your money on than your health, body image, self-confidence, and self-esteem. You will feel better, look better, and be happier. Guaranteed!
What will the program consist of? Each day will consist of 3 components: flexibility and warm-up, cardiovascular training and resistance/weight training. The program is extremely diverse, and we will never duplicate a workout. Variety is the key to training in order to force your body to adapt to your goals. What about diet? Personalized diet and nutritional consultation is included.
What type of results can I expect? FOR THE “GENERAL FITNESS” SESSIONS We focus on favorably changing your body composition (Body fat vs. Lean body mass). You will be administered a pre and post test that measure: body fat%, cardiovascular fitness, upper body strength, and lower body strength. After 10 years and over 100 clients, there has NEVER been a client that has not experienced favorable changes in their post test results. The program is demanding, but RESULTS ARE GUARANTEED!! Ask any of my dozens of repeat clients! FOR THE “SPEED, POWER, AND AGILITY CAMP” SESSIONS We focus on improving sports specific performance. Pre and post tests will be administered that measure: body fat%, lower body power, upper body power, speed, and agility. Upon completion of the program, clients can expect to see improvements in their body composition, vertical jump, 40 yard dash speed, but more importantly, in their performance in their particular competitive sport. Athletic Advancements specializes in designing programs for explosive sports such as football, basketball, baseball, soccer, and track.
