FAQ’s answered:

·         Winter  "FITNESS" sessions are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 3:30.   These sessions are geared to the female client ages 15 to 50-something. (Many mother/daughters enroll together!!) The main focus of these sessions will be a reduction in body fat, muscle tone, improved cardiovascular fitness, and lot's of abdominal work.

·         Winter  "MIDDLE SCHOOL" sessions are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 4:30.    These sessions are geared to the Middle School athlete who desires improvements in speed, agility, conditioning, explosive power, and mental toughness.

·          Sessions are 1 hour in length

·          Sessions meet at St. Thomas More High school in the Weightroom.

·          Purchased sessions do NOT  have to be completed consecutively, however all purchased sessions must be completed before the last day of the semester.  There are no refunds on unused sessions.  In other words...you are purchasing sessions, not "days per week"  You may only be able to make 2 workouts one week, and make all 4 workouts the next week.  (That will give you a 3 day per week average.)

·          Clients are encouraged to bring water, running shoes, and lifting gloves if desired.

·          Clients may start at any time during the semester, however it is encouraged make every effort to start on day 1 and attend for the entire semester.  Obviously, completing an entire semester will yield the most desirable results.

·          Discounts are given to  STM faculty (see David for those prices)

·          Payment is expected prior to training unless otherwise arranged with David

·          Private training ($85 per session) and duet training ($50 per session/client) is available. Appointments are flexible. If logistically possible, and if the client owns exercise equipment, training can be done in their home if desired.

 Session space is limited.  Reservation of your spot in the group will be based on the order of payment received!  (Demand is high, and every year I must turn clients down in order to keep the instructor to client ratio manageable and effective.)     Please mail, or deliver payment ASAP!
